We are extremely proud & excited to be able to offer this special Cheshire cheese. We were very lucky to have Tim Bilton, top chef & butcher, come down to the farm back in October to film for a segment on Channel 5's 'Winter On The Farm'.
Tim really got stuck in & spent his time with us making a traditional Clothbound Cheshire cheese, under the watchful eye of John & Hugo of course, but he was brilliant!
Obviously we only have a very limited stock of the cheese Tim made with us that day, so if you're a fan do not miss out! This is a very traditional Cheshire cheese that has a lovely soft flavour but with the unique saltiness & texture that an old fashioned Cheshire cheese should have. Goes really well with a good glass of Sancerre!
