Bourne's Vintage Cheshire

It’s back! Our vintage Cheshire has been hidden away maturing. After it’s popularity last year we made an extra effort to hold some back & patiently wait until it’s ready. Like the previous batch - it comes with a warning! Strong yet smooth flavour, this vintage is one for the more adventurous Cheshire cheese enthusiast.

This selection of vintage is made using raw cows milk from the herd here at The Bank in Cheshire. 
Carefully produced & tested throughout the different stages, from when the cows are milked to the finished product.
