Our Clothbound Cheshire is aged in the Farmhouse cellar. These conditions are essential to allow the cheese to ripen. It is slightly milder than our Mature Cheshire but not without great taste and flavour.

Ingredients: Pasteurised Cow's Milk, Cheese
