Our Blue Cheshire starts with the same high-quality, traditional white curd that has made our family famous, Annatto is added to it during the make process which gives the cheese its recognisable slight yellow/orange colour. To create its signature character, the cheese is carefully matured and expertly spiked, allowing the air to reach the interior and develop those distinct, savory blue veins within the classic texture of a Cheshire.
